REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. If you received a defective or wrong item please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery for a replacement.

Please be aware that the windows and doors being sold on this site are based on your size, frame color, and glass selection at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any selection order error on the part of the customer and no refund will be given because of the customer’s selection error.

Any product purchased that is delivered damaged or found to be defective or not as ordered through no fault of the customer will be repaired or replaced by Impact Windows Win at no cost to the customer.

A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery.

You must contact us at info@impactwindowswin.com.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product. 

All orders must be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed to avoid a 75% charge.
